KAVERI - The Journey of a River

Much honoured to be part of this breezy little book that's part travel book and part memoirs - Kaveri : The journey of a river - by Mrs. Maya Jayapal, author, historian and counselor, where she recounts her journeys along the path of the Kaveri, with anecdotes and personal notes of places and people along the way. 

While this book is indeed a personal take on the cultures and flora/fauna that owe their continuing existence to the river, it is more of a deeply moving ode to Maya Ji's father and his influence on her life and choices. Below are some of the artworks from the book.
