Here are some of the interesting commissions and offbeat projects I have had the privilege to work ( and continue to work on ) for some very talented people.

 

Kadhai-Poma by Deepa S. Pillai

An on-going project, where I create illustrations and graphic design for this storytelling initiative by Deepa Pillai, Bharatanatyam dancer and storyteller. She interprets and retells stories and myths from the various Indian scriptures in an contemporary, easy to assimilate format, with music and art. Below is a snapshot of some of the artwork created for her.

Living Room Kutcheri

Created artwork and a journal, among other branding elements for Gurupriya Athreya's warm home that also doubles as a intimate concert experience, which over its existence has featured leading exponents in dance, music and storytelling. Check them out here. 

 

 

 

Celebrating the BookSellers

A bunch of passionate booklovers commissioned me to create portraits of prominent booksellers across India, as part of a larger project to celebrate their contributions to society and booklovers everywhere. These portraits were printed on mugs and presented to them with a personal meesage at their workplace. Click on the image below to check out more images.
